The Bank of Manchukuo Act was passed in the Japanese-sponsored puppet state of Manchukuo, establishing the Central Bank of Manchou in the capital of Xinjing (now Changchun, Jilin Province, China). It was to be formed by merging the existing Bank of the Three Eastern Provinces, the Bank of Jilin, the Bank of Heilongjiang, and the Frontier Bank.
