The charity record by Ferry Aid 'Let It Be' was at No.1 on the UK singles chart. The single was recorded in aid of the 1986 Zeebrugge Ferry disaster, which killed almost 200 people. The song featured Paul McCartney, Boy George, Mark Knopfler, Kim Wilde, Nik Kershaw, Kate Bush and others.
