Jessica Simpson was being sued over her cosmetic line 'Dessert.' Cosmojet, a California-based cosmetics company, filed the suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claiming Simpson, her cosmetic company Dessert Beauty Inc. and cosmetic retailing giant Sephora owe Cosmojet nearly $200,000 for products they say they manufactured and sold to Dessert. Cosmojet claimed it sold nearly $1 million in products to Simpson and her company, and to date had only received close to $800,000 in payment.
