birth Paul and Barry Ryan, identical twins (1965 UK No.13 single with ‘Don’t Bring Me Your Heartaches’). Barry also had a solo 1968 UK No.2 single (No.1 on the NME chart), with ‘Eloise’ written by his brother Paul. Paul died of cancer on 29th November 1992 aged 44.
