Cycling / Tour de France: France agog over Obree le magnifique: Francesco Moser's nine-year-old hour record was considered unbeatable. But cometh the hour, cometh the men. A Briton, Graeme Obree, broke it last Saturday and another, Chris Boardman, may do it again in Bordeaux on Friday. Jonathan Rendall reports
