In court papers filed on 25 September, the 35-year-old announced he had gone bust despite releasing an album with the group earlier this year. Bandmate Duncan James filed for bankruptcy earlier in September and a third group member, Antony Costa, had also spoken about his financial problems after the band originally broke up in 2005.
